ScanSource Catalyst Recognized by Avaya for Excellence in Education Services
ScanSource Catalyst, a sales unit of ScanSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCSC), and value-added distributor of voice, video and data convergence solutions, has received two awards from Avaya in recognition of its education services provided through ScanSource Services Group. ScanSource received awards for Highest Student Satisfaction and Highest Response Rate in North America, both based on customer survey results.
ScanSource Catalyst is Avaya’s largest distributor and has long been providing education, training and certification services to its reseller partners through the Avaya Learning Partner Program. Courses are provided via classroom or virtually and include Avaya IP Office Implementation Workshops, Avaya IP Office Configuration, Avaya Aura® and Avaya Aura Session Manager Administration, among others. Providing these high-level, intensive courses is critical for Avaya resellers, who must have technical certifications in order to provide their own install services for Avaya products.
