Thank you for your interest in the ScanSource Demo Program. In order to ensure the success of our program, our sales partners may request one unit at a time for a maximum testing period of five business days. The demo units are not for sale, and must be returned by the specified date to avoid charges. Quantities are limited, and not guaranteed until scheduled and approved, so please try and schedule your demos early.

To prevent damage to shipping cases, all demo returns must be over-boxed. If we do not receive the product back by the specified date, or if the products are damaged, you will receive an invoice charging the published list prices for the products we sent you. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping, including international shipments, and the required paperwork.

Please note: An RMA is required for demo return and will be issued automatically. The RMA number and return-shipping information will be emailed to the address provided below.
